Brief about Mr. Subodh Gupta

Mr. Gupta 38, worked as consultant with The Times of India group (India's largest Media Group) has years of experience as Celebrity and Corporate Trainer on conducting Yoga Weight Management and Stress Management  classes and workshops.  Mr. Gupta has organized Yoga workshops for number of corporate organizations in India and London.

Apart from Yoga, Weight Loss and Stress Management, Mr Gupta has also organized workshop on Work Life Balance, Art of managing personal relationship, knowing oneself, Team building etc. Mr Gupta has organized more than 500 workshops on Work Life Balance, Yoga, Weight Loss, Managing personal Relationship, Knowing oneself, Team Building and Stress Management.

 
Mr.Subodh Gupta is Certified Yoga Trainer in UK. He has also written several article on Yoga. His article  and views have been published in  magazine and newspaper like Personnel Today magazine, Guardian, Marie Clare, The Eternal Solutions, The complete well being, Joyful living,  The Analyst, Life Positive, The Times of India, Hindustan times, The Economics Times and The London paper etc . He is also member of REPs and CIPD in UK.

Mr Subodh Gupta is also the author of 5 books "Art of Breathing for Stress Free Life""Gentle yoga for 50 Plus", "7 Food Habits for  Weight Loss Forever", "Stress Management A Holistic Approach", Corporate Yoga.

Mr. Subodh Gupta has also completed his Masters in Consultancy Management (India), Civil Engineer from (India), NLP training (UK), CTP from CIPD (UK).
